Holds a Degree in Spanish Philology and a PhD in the Performing Arts. He attended various playwriting workshops with Sanchis Sinisterra and Yves Lebeau and studied acting with Txiki Berraondo and Manuel Lillo. He is currently artistic director at the UAB’s Aula de Teatre. Among the texts he has written and directed, highlights include Glásnost (2018), Cocina Límite (2016), La Montaña Virtual (2014), La Lengua Atolondrada (2013), Folie en famille (2007), Sweet Dreams, co-written with Enric Nolla (2005), Niederungen (Butaca Prize for the best small-format show and the best stage set 2002) and Addictes a la Pepsi (1999). He is also author of various plays for radio. Other texts not premiered include Llengua de Bou (2000), Tarta Tatin (2001), and Nocturn a quatre mans (2008). As director he has taken to the stage Efectes Secundaris by Ada Vilaró (2007), Jaula by Itziar Pascual (2008), and En estat d’excepció, by Falk Richter (2011), as well as a score of works by classical and contemporary authors within the context of university theatre.
