Andreu, the head of a start-up, has to get rid of one of his employees. He summons Beatriu, Carles, and Diana and has them enter the office one at a time in order to take the decision. As he tries to solve the problem, he doesn’t see that in the waiting room next door, things seem to be taking a very different turn. And everything gets complicated in an (apparently) surreal way.

The play is performed twice in a row. During the first run, we see what is happening in the office but not in the waiting room, and in the second, the opposite.
