La dona i el detectiu (2000)

The waitress in a long-established bar has left her job. Lost in her own city, with no idea where to go, she turns up at the office of her best customer. He is a washed-up detective, if washed-up is someone with no clients. Lost in a sea of photographs, he has been unable to stop following the clients that most interest him, watching their lives, photographing them, classifying them and filing them in folders beyond any commission and money. She wants to make him wake up, he wants to tell her many things, but they are both people of few words.
