La majordoma

A woman turns up at the flat from which she fled twenty-seven years ago. She is reunited there with her husband. She had abandoned him and their son, the day before the latter’s fourth birthday. The little mountain village that has been her home all this time called her “The Vestrywoman”. The woman who has returned bears no similarities to the woman who left.

La majordoma [The Vestrywoman] is the second play from The Epiphany Triptych, made of up of three plays for a single actor/actress and which commenced with The Nicest Body Ever Seen Around These Parts.
