Restos del fulgor nocturno

Author and theatre director Josep Maria Miró is in the midst of writing Restos del fulgor nocturno, a commission from the Teatro de la Comedia in Madrid, where the play is going to be in dialogue with Lo fingido verdadero by Lope de Vega. One morning, when he is getting ready to start his work routine and ritual, he receives a message though a phone app in which two men invite him to go to their apartment and record them having sex. This is the beginning of this auto-fiction (which the author character insists on claiming that it is not, that it is an absolutely bona fide true story), which brings together experiences and situations linked to his own biography, private life and writing, and to the concepts of watching, being and acting.
