In the current context of terror caused by Islamist attacks, Anna, the police general director, has to tackle a political and social crisis of the highest order, while simultaneously, on the family front, having to deal with growing problems with her 15-year-old adopted daughter, coexistence with the man who is now her partner, and the destructive relationship she has had since she was a teenager with her father, Ernest.
