Lali Symon

Lali Symon, a famous stand-up comedian, caustic and critical of the system, is actually Joana Pérez, a “normal” mature woman, unrecognisable when she is not playing the character. She has a daughter, a young environmentalist who works as a vet, and a sick mother, Aurora, a bitter woman due to her lack of success in life. Her mother’s imminent death will plunge Joana into a profound crisis, leading her to remove the mask of the character.
