Tramuntana morta (2005)
Author: Vicent Ferrer i Mayans
Drama. An island. The sea, with hazardous providence, deposits objects on the shore: debris from a misunderstood outside world, but also from the miseries of its inhabitants. The arrival of a dead body and an object will unleash the fears and ambitions of the 6 characters, on a beach that becomes a frontier between life and death. And always the wind. A metaphor with strong social content about war, memory and tyranny and at the same time an investigation into the lyricism and sensoriality of dramatic language.
